We deliver branded boxes to your office to be filled by your staff. Alternatively, if your archives are already in boxes we can take them as they are. Each box is given a unique bar-code on entry to our store and scanned into a location in the store. This is then uploaded to the computer system. Each box will also have an alternative code known to the client for future box requests.

Your boxes can be sealed and then stored on high-density racking in our humidity-controlled store. The premises are protected by 24-hour CCTV and smoke detectors. Passive infrared detectors, inertia sensors and contact switches are also present in the secure facility. An audit trail is continually being created charting any movement of the boxes for the life of each box.

If you need a file returned, simply ring, send a fax or e-mail us with the details. We guarantee to deliver the whole box to you, either within our 3-hour service, same-day service or next-day service, using our own staff and transport.
